The CRISISS team offers regularly events – online and face-to-face – in all participating countries to present the CRISISS training material like the assessment tool which identifies soft skills gained in a crisis like the COVID-19 pandemic. The tool helps volunteers identifying and validating their own soft skills, raises awareness of the importance of soft skills in professional life and recognises informal and non-formal competences by collecting evidence.

Each event offers the opportunity to actively try out the assessment tool on the CRISISS e-platform, herewith getting a certificate on soft skills gained in crisis.
